It's time to re-imagine community screening!
We propose an approach that is comprehensively supportive of primary prevention of disease - especially for men. This requires the participation of health partners within each community to support robust educational components covering everything from functional medicine, to indoor air quality, to label reading, to mental health support and localized resource navigation.
By participating in longitudinal research studies - carefully selected for integrity and participant privacy - we hope to contribute to the science of how we can better understand and care for one another, bolstering the overall health of all of our cities, towns, and neighborhoods.
Critical Success Factors
Primary Care Partners

Pivotal to success, we are in need of like-minded primary care medical professionals who are committed health allies to their patients. Supportive to primary prevention of disease - helping their patients get and stay healthy as naturally and holistically as possible.
Mobile Unit (Trailer) Sponsors & Drivers

Our mobile screening concept involves small trailer RVs, so those committed to a philosophy of encouraging personal health empowerment can reach the hardest to reach people and places. Naturally this involves unit costs, maintenance, and individuals with the skills and expertise to help maintain and transport these units safely.
Laboratory/Functional Medicine Support

Baseline health screenings can be used to create powerful health plans, a men's health blue print if you will. Primary care partners oversee this concept, and many are eager to explore the utility of wearables and other innovations that might further encourage a generally beneficial lifestyle.
Phlebotomy & Nursing Volunteers

Local health professionals are the life's blood of community care. The compassion and commitment of these individuals is essential to creating environments where people can live their healthiest, safest, happiest lives.
Healthy Home Support

The air we breathe, the water we drink, the food we eat... the quality of these is an essential foundation for achieving optimal quality of life, and in some cases simple survival. Connections with local air quality related remediation services alongside resources that might facilitate access to clean safe drinking water and healthy nutritious food are essential.
Mental Wellness Support

From social workers, to chaplaincy/spiritual care coordination and support, to counselors, therapists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, we seek to orient this concept with a strong eye toward social determinants of health.
